JE-MA conveying augers T 31/T 36 will turn out to be a
most valuable, reliable and labor saving aid whenever there is a need
for moving or shifting grain, fertilizers or granulated materials from
one place to another or when fertilizer distributors or seed drills have
been filled up.
In spite of their lightweight design these augers are of a conspicuous
sturdiness that will endure even very hard tear and wear.
The auger tube is kept in PVC-plastic that never will give rise to any
corrosion whatsoever. The plastic material provides a low weight and
bearing characteristics for the auger are excellent.
The auger top and bottom are quickly released so that it is easy to
detach the whole auger for cleaning. It is operated by means of an oil
pump, which through oil pressure tubes is connected to the tractor
hydraulic pump.
T 31 is delivered in the lengths 2.0 m, 3.0 m and 4.0 m.
T 36 is delivered in the lengths 3.0 m and 4.0 m.
The 2.0 m model is only suitable for filling drill machines with max.
4.0 m working width.
The 4.0 m model is suitable for filling drill machines with max. 4.0 m
working width.
The 4.0 m model is suitable for filling drill machines with max. 6.0 m
working width.

Model A
The 2.0 m model is mounted vertically at the rear end of the wagon in
a chain suspension.
The 3.0 and 4.0 m A models are mounted at the rear end of the wagon in a
special wagon suspension. During transportation this suspension can be
placed horizontally on top of the wagon.
Model B
The B models 3.0 and 4.0 m are furnished with a big inlet hopper and
adjustable suspension. The angle position of the auger - as compared
with the wagon - is easily altered by means of the adjustable
suspension.
Model C
The 3.0 and 4.0 m C models have both a big inlet hopper and an
adjustable suspension. The C models are driven by the tractor p.t.o.
shaft through a transmission shaft under the wagon.
the B and C models serve as shown also for shifting the material in
question from a fertilizer / lime distributor.
Model D
Model D 4.0 m is furnished with a big inlet hopper, a trolley and a
big inlet hopper, a trolley and a drawbar coupling for trailing. here
again the auger is applicable in connection with several types of
different wagons. The auger is trailed by connecting it to a wagon or to
a tractor.
T 23, Fertilizer Auger
Loading auger T 23 is marked in 3 different lengths: 4.0 m, 5.0 m and
6.0 m.
The 4.0 m model is delivered with fork and suspension girder bend
adapted to the side of the wagon.
The 5.0 m model and 6.0 m model is delivered with an extended slide bush
and a 3.7 m sliding rail for the wagon side.
In the delivery of all models is also included a hydraulic motor OMP 50,
which is used for activating the augers. The hydraulic motor is driven
by the tractor hydraulic pump through oil pressure tubes.

If wanted it is possible to employ the T31 fertilizer auger as a
loading auger. In this case take off the t 31 inlet piece and install
the T 23 bottom guard. The auger should then be mounted by means of the
fork and the suspension girder for the wagon side. by doing so the t 31
has been altered into a T 23 auger.
All hydraulically driven JE-MA auger have as a
standard a pressure filter for cleaning the hydraulic oil and for
protecting the hydraulic system.
