section for 2005 end of year return and introduces a new utility importing

Herbst Group presents a new version
of Herbst Backup Scheduler featuring increased security and reliability,
improved user interface and help documentation. Here’s a quick summary of
the new features:

The programme now works as a service under Windows
NT4/2000/XP/2003.

Enhanced archive upload to a remote data storage: in
case Internet connection is lost the programme attempts to reconnect and
if successful continues uploading the archive from where it halted. It’s
possible to set the number of reconnection attempts and the time

The major improvement in the current
release is that Herbst Backup Scheduler now installs and runs as a service
under Windows NT4/2000/XP/2003. Basically, a service is a programme or a

interference.
As a service Herbst Backup Scheduler
runs even when nobody is logged on to the operating system. If the computer
is turned on and the operating system’s been booted so is our little backup
programme. This has a number of advantages:
Being a service Herbst Backup
Scheduler can be freely installed and run on computers that are used as
servers - they normally operate with no users logged on for added security.
Herbst Backup Scheduler service can
be successfully employed in a multi-user environment. No matter how many
users log on to a computer with Herbst Backup Scheduler they won’t trigger
additional programme instances that could run scheduled backups and put a
strain on the system. Herbst Backup Scheduler gives you the peace of mind

- This version deploys Firebird 1.5.2. database server.
- Implemented a feature that allows Insight Client to automatically
disconnect from the database server if the connection remains idle for a
specified period. This period can be set in the new Timeout Setting of
the Connection Options dialogue.
- Quick View Lists are now restored when you reopen main lists.
- Improved SMS messaging. The programme will use Company Mobile Phone
as a sender. If the Mobile Phone isn't defined Company Name is used.
- Introduced new format for View Print Forms. You need to convert all
your View Print Forms to the new format by simply opening and saving
them in Designer.
- Incorporated new RB Designer; many innovations in RB Designer
Components.

release Herbst Insight brings a revolutionary new feature: tracking incoming
calls via integration with Swyx and Skype voice services. Accompanied by
data Import from Herbst HRM 7, Force Profit Estimation and a vast array of
other improvements:
- Added data Import from Herbst HRM 7; removed data Import from Herbst HRM 5
- Integrated Herbst Insight with Skype and Swyx voice services. Current
release makes it possible to directly resort to specialised programmes for
dialing - Skype and Swyx - as well as track and answer incoming calls.
- NL Ledger reports now use NL Accounts Extract Patterns instead of
Virtual Nominal Ledger
- Added option to pick a Default NL Account in NL Accounts Extract Pattern

inserted at the top of the document.
- Made product Bar Code unique - you won't be able to
supply one and the same Bar Code for two or more products
