The Accidents Module
All accidents involving employees are recorded in HRM and the employees are
attached to the accidents. All statuary needs, time of reporting, safety
measures taken and all details are recorded and available for detail reporting.
Various Safety Statements required for various
activities in the company are updated and held in the HRM. The employees
affected by the safety statement are attached to the particular safety
statements and every three months the employee gets a copy
of the safety statements with the payslips to remind them of the dangers at
their work place which they return to the employer signed after they have read
it. Then the dates and details are recorded for future reference.
