The fully integrated bank and cash ledger
gives the accounts a strong bank and money control facility. All financial transactions
involving multiple banks and multiple
currencies can be viewed and checked here. Herbst Insight
Form Designer allows you to print, for any bank, various standard cheques, lodgement
sheets and transfer forms. Cash, money and cheques held in the office can be supervised in the
cash accounts (Money in House) until they are transferred into the various bank accounts.

Total bank and money movements and all cash flow can be forecasted or reviewed in seconds
using the unique Herbst Insight Grid View system. With the selected columns different views for
different users can be set, giving various personnel instant views of important management
information. Click, or select a group of customers, and see all payments received. View an
amount, click on "relations" and view all related documents invoices, etc.
The overall view shows you when you need to transfer funds, renew loans, or gives your total
financial status. Payments or lodgements can be made from either the Trader ledger or the bank
selected. A bank-type statement can be viewed, or compared on screen. The Herbst Insight

Bank Reconciliation
Herbst Insight 2 bank reconciliation solution gives you an opportunity
to maintain the accuracy of your book-keeping: you can make certain that all
the transactions are entered correctly and they correspond to the bank
statements. If some discrepancies still occur, the system will give you
an obvious clue where the problem is residing. Expressive colouration is
used to highlight reconciled and unreconciled amounts. You can
be sure that your bank is under tight control and you're also saving your
precious time and effort completing this routine just in a few simple steps.
