You need this licence if you wish to use Delivery Documents and Delivery Document Return Notes. Delivery documents automatically update actual stock, thus guaranteeing accurate stock control. A delivery docket can be converted to a delivery docket return note or to an invoice.

EFTS stands for Electronic Fund Transfer System. You can export Issue Transfer and Receive Direct Debit Transfer documents into an EFTS file for your bank for automated processing.

In businesses that use foreign currencies there might be a necessity to set up prices in foreign currencies within a product's price class.

You can make use of this licence if you work with hauliers and need tracking business with them. You'll be able to record all the haulier jobs and convert dispatch documents directly to purchase invoices with haulier details automatically inserted. For every haulier, a profile is created reflecting all the transactions and comprehensive summaries.

You will be able to keep accurate costing for each job. A special Job Costing ledger will be created for these purposes. Among the tasks you can perform one can mention the following: manage chargeable and non-chargeable (in-house) jobs, classify jobs using a multi-level job group structure, prepare an accurate estimation of job costs and charges with required level of detail, process job-related purchase order, delivery and weigh documents, and these are just to name a few.

Allows to set up as many locations as you wish and name them accordingly. When you receive a shipment of goods, you can define in what location they will be stored. Same, when you take products out of stock. This lets you keep track of product quantities in all your locations.

Pricing rules is a method of determining product prices on the basis of pricing parameters. E.g. when you sell grain, the moisture and bushel qualities affect the price, so you create a rule with pricing parameters that adjusts default grain sale price by a certain amount depending on the value of these properties.

Allows you making up sets of products and using them later on in sales, purchase and stock adjustment documents. They can be also managed in one place which is a Kits View within the Products ledger.

A product can be further traced according to certain parameters. Among tracing parameters there can be batch and serial numbers, consumer characteristics (e.g. clothes colour, size, fabric) and similar.

User Fields can be found throughout Herbst Insight 2. For every entity and document there may be up to twenty User Fields that you can label and assign different text values to. User Fields serve to provide additional information on objects: information crucial to your business. Basically, with User Fields you create your own data fields thus bending the programme to your needs.

Enables the Weighbridge ledger. The weighbridge can be manual or automatic (to automate weighbridge procedures you need the Insight weigh wizard licence). The weighbridge fully integrates with the programme and your accounts: you'll be able to convert weigh documents to invoices, etc. You can use weighbridge for sales, purchases, weigh only, as well as for updating the Warehouse.
