Overview

The Nominal Ledger of a Herbst MCR company represents in fact a consolidated Nominal Ledger of several Herbst Insight 2 companies. Every Herbst Insight 2 company is represented by a subcompany in Herbst MCR. Subcompanies are organised into groups and groups make up a Herbst MCR company.

So, if your business incorporates several companies belonging to different spheres, alongside with analysing the business as a whole, you can always drill down to a particular sphere to see how the companies of one sphere are doing; and without a doubt you can still go further down and analyse the state of a separate company.

The Nominal Ledgers of Herbst Insight 2 companies do not have to be identical to be consolidated. Herbst MCR can consolidate even different Nominal Ledger structures, so you start working with the programme straight away. If the Nominal Ledger accounts have budgets, they can also be imported for further analysis.

Herbst MCR functions an independent application, so it does not require a permanent on-line connection with Herbst Insight 2. After the data is imported, the original data can be modified, with the transferred data not being affected. The Herbst MCR update facility allows you to stay current with all modifications and changes.

If you want to analyse data for a particular period, Herbst MCR also provides you with this facility. In fact, you may select not only an interval (e.g. a month, a year, etc.), but also perform period analysis (daily, weekly, etc.) of the selected interval. So, you will be always well aware of what is going on inside your business matters.
