Special features
One Entry
Once entered a document can be further converted into other document types
thus creating the whole documents chain. E.g. quotation -> order -> weigh
document -> delivery document -> invoice.
View Anytime
Insight accounts can be viewed at any time right down to the detailed invoice either via the
Quick Stock view, Nominal Ledger view or Debtors and Creditors view.
History
History with detailed invoices can be held as long as required.
Statements
Statements can optionally be printed with full invoice detail or even giving a complete history
of an Insight account from a specified date.
Bank and Money
Bank and Money issues standard cheques and lodgements and has a copy of the bank statement at all
time, thereby producing on-line bank reconciliation for multiple bank Insight
accounts. Quick View
will show all cheques or lodgements that have ever been issued or made.
Daily Routines
Sales Delivery documents are issued either by converting a received order from
a pick list to a delivery note or by direct entry. At any time with the quick
invoicing feature the delivery documents can be converted to invoices allowing
you to edit VAT rate, Quantity or Price.
