Entry can be initiated on any level with Quotation, Quotation Request, Order, Delivery, Return, Receipt, Invoice or Credit Note - Herbst Insight supports a full range of transactions. Only one entry is required, the original document can be converted, automatically and edited when required. For instance, you can convert Order to Delivery Docket and then to Invoice and Credit Note. see picture

Viewing any document is easy: select the required item and click View. You can filter all data by any criteria with immediate effect. New documents can be created using another document as layout - Cloning technology. see picture

Herbst Insight stores all history and all relations and links between documents, therefore you have unlimited ability for unique fast, easy tracking and drill-down investigation.

Customers and Suppliers records have an extended set of properties including up to 10 user-defined Sort Groups allowing you instant on-line reporting in spreadsheet form.

Email, phone, fax and www connection, debtor letters, photos and pictures of stock items, all these features are standard in Herbst Insight. Quick Edit Utilities allow instant information input and modification.
